I read somewhere that minecraft doesn't support https, only http, so that may be the issue, but I really am not sure. The uuid and version lines, which you will need to copy and paste. Looking at the link, it looks like it is creative ones medieval pack, which you can download elsewhere. There are two pieces of information we need from this file that will go into the worldresourcepacks.json file. The servers mentioned here are the ones which are allowed to join the game and can connect to the server. Navigate to the resource pack you want to use in the /resourcepacks folder.
